Gaulino Easy Chair
The Gaulino Easy Chair is a natural evolution of the iconic Gaulino Chair.
Inspired by Antonio Gaudi and Carlo Mollino, Tusquets created 'Gaulino' in 1987. It was an industrially hand-crafted chair with a contoured wooden frame, slender tapering legs and smooth rich leather. The artisanal chair became a modern icon of 20th-century design.
The Gaulino easy is a little lower and wider, retaining the function of armchair and the lightness of a Gaulino. The lowered backrest and low, dropped seat provide an elegant yet relaxed position. It maintains the aesthetic held in the Gaulino chair by revealing its unique natural grain.
