exceptional craftsmanship of Yazd’s double-sided Kilims. Inspired
by traditional Zilou weaving, it is crafted from a blend of 90% wool
and 10% cotton, resulting in a durable flatweave suited for any
space. Each side offers unique patterns and hues, dyed with natural
vegetable dyes for an eco-friendly touch, making it a versatile and
captivating addition to any setting.

EDELGRUND's Heritage collection is inspired by the traditional Zilu carpets of Yazd, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world.‎ Renowned for their thickness and double-sided construction, these carpets have long been used as durable floor coverings in mosques, a tradition that continues to this day.‎ The collection reflects Yazd's rich history and cultural heritage, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern sensibilities to create timeless pieces that honor the past while enhancing contemporary spaces.‎
